We recently presented a series of mosaics for an interior location of a major corporation. Below are some of the designs we suggested. Each one measured 5' x 7'. Many of our mosaic can be "tweaked" to fit into a given space without compromising the design. If you like one of these mosaics,

Dye-Sublimation Printing Onto Glass/Ceramic Tile
We have recently expanded our designs into the world of custom manufactured tile. Full color images are printed onto the back (of glass) or front (of ceramic) tiles and fired in a kiln. The inks fuse onto the glass/ceramic, which then can be mortared onto a wall or floor. Colors not easily reproduced in stained glass or mosaic smalti can be easily accommodated! The designs can be rendered onto many sizes of tile (shown here 12" x 12"), allowing large areas to be covered with durable art for a very reasonable price.

"Louisiana Gator" was designed as a 8' x 8' tile mosaic for a Children's Hospital. It was intended to be used as a way-point device to help patients and visitors remember where they parked. The Gator is playful, appealing to children, but also sophisticated enough to please adults as well. The glass tiles are durable and easily cleaned. This design concept is available! |
